If you don't absolutely love your straw set we offer free, easy 30-day returns.
Return items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price. Sip E-Z is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
Partially used products may be eligible for a partial refund. If your order included multiple items, unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
Important: These terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of Sip E-Z. Customer service will not investigate any order disputes past the 30-day grace period. Should you ever have questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact customer service immediately.

- Order #
- Product(s) Ordered
- Reason for refund request
